IntroductionIn this article you will find instructions to replace a broken LCD screen of a LG KF600 phone. To execute these steps a new replacement LCD should be bought beforehand. Required ToolsReplacement KF600 LCD screenFlat-bladed screwdriversmall Philips screwdriverStep 1 PrepareEnsure that the battery has some charge to perform some quick testing later in the process.Remove the battery cover.Remove the battery.This should give the situation as shown in the picture 1.Step 2 Removal of bottom coverRemove the sim card. It hides one of the screws.Remove the 4 screws indicated with the red arrows.Remove the plastic cap that hides the external antenna (blue arrow).The upper part is connected with a click-system. Use the flat-bladed screwdriver or a nail to gently release the click connection indicated with the yellow arrows.Remove the bottom cover.This should give you the situation as show in picture 2.Step 3 Flip over of the main print boardRemove the screw marked with the red arrow.Gently disconnect the connector of the camera marked with the yellow arrow.Carefully flip over the main print board. It will still be connected with 2 wires to the phone.This should give you the situation as show in picture 3.Step 4 Disconnect sliding screen from main phone bodyRemove the 4 screws indicated with the red arrows.Lift the main body and ensure the lint cable slides through the hole.Step 5 Remove the cover of the screen (sliding part)Remove the 2 plastic caps to uncover the hidden screws.Remove all 6 screws marked with the red arrows.Remove the bottom cover. This will give you the situation as in the picture below.Step 6 Remove the broken LCD screenDisconnect the connecter marked with the yellow arrow.Use the blade screw driver to gently loose the cable from the copper contacts. Both parts are connected with some special adhesive stuff (glue).Remove the broken LCD screen from the screen body. The LCD screen is connected to the body with some sticky stuff near the top and the bottom.Step 7 Replace screen and build phone back togetherCheck the replacement LCD screen. Remove the protective transport plastic (if present).Place the replacement LCD screen in the screen body.Flip the cable back and ensure the sticky part makes contact with the copper contacts.Put the screen body bottom part back and re-insert the 6 screws and the 2 plastic caps.Connect the screen part back to the main phone and re-insert the 4 screws of step 4.Flip the main print board back. Ensure that connector to the screen and the connector to the keyboard are inserted in the print board by applying some pressure on the top of the board.Re-insert the screw of the main print board.Put the sim back and press the battery to the battery contacts. This allows to perform a quick test to see if everything works and the screen and the keyboard connector make good contact.Remove the sim and the battery.Replace the back cover. Re-insert the 4 back cover screws and the external antenna cap.Put the sim and battery in the phone.Put the battery cover in it place.

Installing MorphologyMorphology installs from recovery, utilizing the amazing Aroma Touch Installer by amarullz. For this how-to, I will be using TWRP recovery, but this will work just fine with CWM recovery.
Step 1: Preparation for FlashingMove the Prep Package and Morphology zips to the root of your internal SD card. Reboot to Recovery. Before we begin, it's good practice to wipe both Cache and Dalvik Cache. Make a nandroid if you'd like. Flash your specific Prep Package and return to your recovery.

Step 2: Flash MorphologyFlash the Morphology 1.5 zip file. This will bring up Aroma Installer. Just follow the prompts all the way through. If there is something you don't want themed, just use the "Don't Touch" option. You can flash the Morphology file when you want to change one or multiple areas for theming. For example; themed everything blue, but now want the clock yellow? Go through Morphology again, select "Don't Touch" for every option except the clock color.You can see image previews for all the options here; below is a highlight of some of them. A few differences here with the AOSP version: No "Ongoing" or Notification bars, an extra toggle (however, they slide on both versions), and the "Clear" button is moved to the top the corner. So yes, I like orange. And although my set up is simplistic, you can get as creative as you want. Mix and match to your hearts content.

Bonus FeatureMorphology certainly let's you theme it your way, but the options don't end there. Pre-packaged with Morphology are WasabiWa83's gorgeous Ultimate OMG Themes (below are just a few examples). Just select "Install Pre-loaded Theme" when you run Morphology. For some Android users, this guide is sacrilege — but for others, iOS is just an attractive operating system that can be admired without feeling like you've betrayed your own phone. If you're one of those Galaxy Note 9 owners that have peeked across the aisle and desired an interface as clean as the one on the iPhone XS Max, you can configure your Note 9 to look like its rival with some tinkering.First off, this will not remove the Android operating system or Samsung Experience. Instead, what this does is change several aspects to emulate the look and feel of an iPhone. With these steps, your phone will actually look like it is running iOS 12 on first glance, but you'll still have the power and flexibility of Android underneath it all. And when you're tired of the look, you can easily adjust a few settings and return your Note 9 back to its original look.

Step 1: Get the iOS 12 Home ScreenWhile it's possible to configure more popular third-party launchers, such as Nova Launcher, to look like iOS, LuuTinh Developer has done the hard work for us. Download and install his iOS 12 replica launcher from the Play Store.Play Store Link: Launcher iOS 12 (free) Once installed, open the app by selecting the app's icon (or tapping "Open" on the app's Play Store page). A series of permission requests will appear which you can choose to accept or deny. Denying them won't break the launcher, but you'll lose some functionality such as seeing your current weather.Next, in the main menu, select "Wallpaper" and choose the any of the provided iOS 12 wallpapers. Step 2: Add Control CenterSo now your Galaxy Note 9's home screen looks like the iPhone Xs Max, but what about Control Center? (free) Open the app and select the right arrow to advance to the next page. On this new page, you'll be asked to enable an Accessibility Service for the app to simulate the original navigation buttons. Choose "Grant" and enable the toggle on the next page. Once enabled, you will return to the "Welcome" page. Advance to the next page using the right arrow, then the app will ask you to use ADB commands to hide the status bar permanently. Since you already used ADB commands to enter Immersive Mode, this step isn't too difficult.On your computer, redirect Command Prompt or Terminal to the platform-tools folder. Connect your Galaxy Note 9, open Developer Options and enable "USB Debugging." A pop-up should appear asking if you'd like to "Allow USB debugging?" Select "OK" to allow your computer to send ADB commands. Once accepted, run the following command: Windows users: adb shell pm grant com.xda.nobar android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
Mac/Linux Users: ./adb shell pm grant com.xda.nobar android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS Press enter, and after a brief pause, ADB will create a new line. Disconnect your phone and select the right arrow in the Navigation Gestures app. Press the right arrow until you reach the end, which is designated by a white checkmark. Select the white checkmark to be brought to a new page, the app's main menu.Choose the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "Gestures." As you can see, some of the gestures are already configured, but we need to change a few to emulate iOS properly. First, select "Swipe Up" and choose "Home." Then choose "Swipe Up and Hold" and choose "Recent Apps."Since the back button is so crucial for Android, I would recommend leaving the "Swipe Left" gesture as a Back button. However, I would recommend switching "Swipe Right" to "No Action" and "Swipe Left and Hold" to "Previous apps," but neither is necessary. Note: Since you are using the app to hide the navigation buttons, you will need to unhide the buttons within the app if you ever choose to uninstall it. Otherwise, you won't have any navigation buttons.And with that, you've turned your Galaxy Note 9 into an iPhone! We did this on our Verizon Wireless Galaxy Note 9 and were thoroughly impressed by how easy it was to emulate iOS on Android (try doing it the other way around — no chance).
