If you they have accepted your memorial request, you will receive a message of condolences and they will inform you that your friend's page is now in a memorial state.The next time they try to log in, they will be hit with this message. Ghosts are not allowed on Facebook.In order for your friend to reactive his or her account, he or she will need to go to the Facebook help page and click on the link "My Personal Account is in a Special Memorialized State." Robert Templeman from the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, Indiana and several of his friends from Indiana University recently developed an Android application that is capable of gathering pictures and videos from mobile devices in order to reconstruct a user's environment in 3D. The malware would come coded inside of a camera application that the user would download. The malware, called PlaceRaider, would then randomly take pictures throughout the day and carefully piece them together to garner a three-dimensional image of where the user is. The camera is able to create a great rendition of the environment by knowing what orientation the camera is in during the picture, as well as the time and location.The camera dismisses all pitch black pictures that might be taken while the camera is face-down, in a pocket or inside of a purse.Hackers can then use the 3D rendition to look through the room and find anything valuable and worth stealing, including things like social security numbers, credit card information, and checking account numbers from documents laying around. Templeman has already tested the application amongst 30 users unbeknownst to the malware. It tested out great and Templeman was able to collect valuable information from the 3D renditions.
How Can You Protect Yourself?Though this hasn't been released to any real hackers, it just goes to show that it's pretty easy for someone to develop a spy program like this that the victim simply carries around with them wherever they go. So, just in case any mischievous hackers get any crazy ideas, what do you do to protect your device from unwanted espionage?Don't download applications that give it too many permissions. If you do, make sure you know exactly what permissions you have given the app. Make sure that your shutter sound (during a picture) is unable to be muted. The application automatically mutes this sound in order to masks itself, but you can render that impossible for the app to do. The application can also shoot video secretly, so monitor the phone carefully because long videos will leave obvious dents in your phone memory. You can look for antivirus applications that specifically look for this type of malware. Buy a phone cover that has a camera lens cap. That way the malware will only take pictures of the dark. Android is a highly customizable operating system, but that doesn't always apply to the apps you find on the Play Store. Most of the time, when you install an app, you're stuck with the default look and feel â€” but luckily, this isn't the case with Firefox. Unlike most other browsers, you can actually install themes to change the look of the top browser for Android.To be clear, themes are not available on the iOS version of Firefox â€” this is an Android-only feature. But if you are running Android, you can select from a large collection of themes created by Firefox users. These designs are rated and categorized to help you find the perfect look. Themes aren't a huge modification, but they provide just enough flair to make the browser your own.

Step 1: Install Your First ThemeTo get started with themes, open up Firefox for Android and select the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of your display. Choose "Add-ons" then "Browse all Firefox Add-ons" located at the bottom of the list. On the new page labeled "Firefox Add-ons", select the Themes tab near the top of the screen. This tab will bring you to collections of themes offered by Firefox. Select "Explore all categories" for a comprehensive list of different types of subjects illustrated in themes. Select a category and choose a theme that you like. Select "Install Theme," and immediately, the address bar will be altered to the new theme.

Step 2: Disable or Uninstall a Theme (Optional)If you install a theme and you end up not liking it, tap the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner and select "Add-ons." Head to the "Your Add-ons" menu and select the current theme, then you'll see two options: "Disable" or "Uninstall." If you want to keep the theme for a later date, select "Disable" â€” otherwise, choose "Uninstall" to completely remove the theme and return your address bar to the default look.

Step 3: Switch Between ThemesIf you'd like to try another theme, you can repeat Step 1 and install as many themes as you'd like. Once you've installed more than one theme, you can return to the "Your Add-ons" menu to find inactive themes that have been installed. Choose one and tap "Enable" to override the current theme. Themes provide a small touch of change to help personalize your browser. By modifying the address bar, you will always be reminded of your change. What themes are you using for Firefox?
